Back pain is very fast becoming a twenty first century lifestyle disease. The pain affects mostly people between the ages of 30 years old and 60 years old. In case the pain is too much and goes on for a long time trigger point injections with an anesthetic helps clear the pain. However this has to be done under the supervision of a qualified physician.
